The company was founded by Mr. Niphon Usin in 1987 in thailand  operating as a proprietary limited company, in providing services and supply to the oil and gas  industry.

Initial works carried out were maintenance, replacement and installing parts, components and instruments within the industry. Later the company status to register New office in turkey ( Istanbul in order to position itself to providing best  services to the industry in Meaddle East and CIS Counries passed experiences, together with the introduction specialist personal paved the way for more .narrative and focused special field of instrumentation and sensitive parts and components. PHK is new strategically well in position to meet the current challengers of the industry by participating in larger projects and new customeres .
